The entire advanced technology production cycle
is automated, with computer systems establishing
process times and methods. There are two main advantages
to this approach: microbiologically stable products
can be produced without the use of preservatives
or hydrogenated fats; and the high level of automation
helps contain production costs, an advantage which
is passed on to the end customer in the form of
an excellent quality/price ratio.
